SpecDoctor™ Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Description

SpecDoctor™ is an experimental AI consultant designed to assist with understanding atmospheric corrosivity, coating systems, and other related technical questions. Our service primarily relies on standards such as ISO 12944, ISO 9223, ISO 4628, and other related industry guidelines. SpecDoctor™ is accessible via www.specdoctor.com or engineeringdirector.com/specdoctor.

The User acknowledges that the recommendations provided by SpecDoctor™ are based on data and information available at the time of the User's interaction with the service, and the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any subsequent changes or developments that may impact the accuracy or appropriateness of the recommendations.

  6. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, and losses arising out of or in connection with the User's use of SpecDoctor™ and any violation of these Terms of Service or applicable laws or regulations.

  7. The User acknowledges and agrees that the provisions of this section shall survive the termination or expiration of the User's use of SpecDoctor™ and shall continue to be binding upon the parties hereto.

6. Governing Law

The laws of the state of Iowa, in which Engineering Director, Inc., is incorporated will govern these Terms of Service. By using SpecDoctor™, you indicate your acceptance and agreement with the above terms.
