The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, and losses arising out of or in connection with the User's use of SpecDoctor™ and any violation of these Terms of Service or applicable laws or regulations.
The User acknowledges and agrees that the provisions of this section shall survive the termination or expiration of the User's use of SpecDoctor™ and shall continue to be binding upon the parties hereto.

The laws of the state of Iowa, in which Engineering Director, Inc., is incorporated will govern these Terms of Service. By using SpecDoctor™, you indicate your acceptance and agreement with the above terms.
